people keep saying that it looks like me (minus the hair), but i dont see it.

1. installation art

installation art is the use of  any sort of materials to transform a space or area. it could be anywhere; public or private. the are sometimes meant to only exist in the space they were created in.

2. performance art

performance art is doing something for the entertainment of others. it could be acting, singing, circus-related things like juggling or fire breathing, or holding very very still and pretending to be a painting or sculpture like these people are. 

3. laurie anderson

laurie anderson is a performance artist who plays the violin and keyboard. she also sings. i couldnt really get a lot much info, because i was too lazy to read everything and there was a lot of writing.
